Linaria Beach House is situated in St Helena Bay, across the road from the beach with beautiful sea views. Long unspoiled white sand beaches are part of the surroundings, tranquility rules here. This is the perfect home for family getaways or just a breakaway.The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms all with showers. The main bedroom has a queen bed, an en-suite with his and hers basins and a shower and bath, a TV, and a patio with a view of the beach. The second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. Other amenities include a large lounge with a double sleeper couch, a dining room with two flat screens, full DSTV and a fireplace/built-in braai and an outside cold water shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a scullery with double bowl zinc, plenty of cupboard space for groceries. Double automated garage with plenty of parking outside. House is fully alarmed with Armed response only minutes away, though this has never been needed.Wifi availble and table tennis board, Dartboard, cards, board games are available to use free of charge provided it gets looked after. For table tennis and darts please bring your own accessories or pre-arrange when booking to have it available when you arrive.Linaria Beach House is about 30 min from Club Mykonos if it is the Casino you fancy. Paternoster is a 20 min drive via the infamous short cut (gravel road) and Port Owen is a stones throw away. Local Spar supplies all your needs. Hardware, Liquor Outlets, Pharmacy, Petrol station all within driving distance. The police station also very close and hospital and doctors nearby. Plenty of lovely restaurants and cosy pubs in the area.The bay is ideal for all types of water sport, e.g. paddling, sailing, skiing, fishing, diving, kayaking, windsurfing, bodyboarding as well as walking or jogging.
