This 186 ha pig farm in die Heilbron district is sold as a going concern and include all pigs and implements. The farm is located 12 km from Heilbron and offers the following: An intensive pig farm that has been operating since 1994 and has produced excellent genetic material. In the past 100 Arabian horses were farmed on the eragrostis lands and the kikuyu was used for sheep grazing. The average rainfall is 650 mm per year. There is good water supply from 6 equipped boreholes, as well as a strong fountain that feeds a large earth dam. There are various other smaller earth dams and cement dams. INFRASTRUCTURE:Very good infrastructure that includes the following: Housing for pigs. 2 Large sheds: Part of which is converted into horse stables (18) and storage rooms. Livestock handling facilities consisting of 2 stone kraals, pressure passage and loading bench. A very spacious house (600 - 700 m²) with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen with separate scullery and pantry, office, 4 living rooms including an entertainment room with an indoor pool and 4 garages. The house boasts spacious rooms and beautiful wood finishes. A detached one-bedroom apartment. 10 Workers houses of which 6 are inhabited. There are no workers with permanent residence rights or land claims. The marketing price includes 1 000 - 1500 pigs, implements and vehicles.
